Accessibility Statement

1. Our Commitment to Accessibility

Boloware is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all authorized users of the Boloware platform.

2. Accessibility Standards

We endeavor to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone. We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing effort and we are committed to continual improvement.

3. Scope

This statement applies to Boloware's public pages — including signup, login, and the legal documents — and to the core authenticated workflows of the application, including navigation, dashboards, forms, search, list and detail pages, file uploads, exports, and billing surfaces.

4. Known Limitations

While we strive to make Boloware as accessible as possible, some content or features may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to identify and address any accessibility barriers. Known limitation categories include:

  • Dense data tables, advanced filters, charts, and reporting visualizations that may benefit from further refinement in keyboard navigation, focus order, screen-reader semantics, or color contrast.
  • Custom interactive controls in newer modules that have not yet completed a full accessibility audit.
  • Hosted third-party surfaces — including Stripe Checkout, the Stripe Billing Portal, Plaid bank verification, and connected integrations — which are subject to those providers' accessibility implementations.
  • Tenant-uploaded files, tenant-authored exports, and tenant-configured integrations that may not meet WCAG independent of Boloware.
  • Legacy screens that predate our current accessibility standards.

We are committed to addressing these limitations as part of our ongoing accessibility improvement efforts.

5. Alternative Access

If you are unable to access any content or feature in Boloware due to a disability, please contact us. We will work with you to provide the information or service you need through an alternative communication method that is accessible to you. This may include providing information by telephone, email, accessible export formats, structured data files, or other reasonable accommodations. No authorized user will be disadvantaged due to an accessibility barrier in the application.

6. Feedback and Contact Information

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Boloware. If you encounter any accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us at help@boloware.com with the subject line "Accessibility Feedback." When contacting us about accessibility issues, please include:

  • The page, route, workflow, or feature where you encountered the issue.
  • A description of the problem you experienced and what you expected to happen.
  • The assistive technology you were using, if applicable, including screen reader, voice control, switch device, magnifier, or alternative input device.
  • The browser and operating system you were using.
  • Your contact information so we can follow up with you.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five (5) business days and to resolve reported issues as quickly as practical.

7. Ongoing Efforts

Boloware is committed to ongoing accessibility improvements. Our efforts include:

  • Regular accessibility review and testing as new features ship.
  • Training for the engineering, design, and support teams on accessibility best practices.
  • Incorporating accessibility into design and development processes from the start of new work.
  • Monitoring and responding to accessibility feedback from tenants and authorized users.
  • Working with third-party vendors where a hosted payment, email, document, or integration surface affects access for our authorized users.

8. Updates to This Statement

This Accessibility Statement may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the Boloware platform, applicable accessibility standards, or feedback received from authorized users. The current version date appears at the top of this page.
